YOGA FOR KIDS CLASS STARTS SEPTEMBER 17 AT ABAC

TIFTON—A Yoga for Kids class will begin Sept. 17 at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center (PSBOC). Pre-registration is required.

The class will meet Thursdays, Sept. 17 – Oct. 15 from 5:30 – 6:15 p.m. in the Nickelodeon. There is a fee of $29.

Have fun nourishing mind, body, and soul while learning all the animal yoga poses to help develop coordination, self-confidence, and respect. This class is for an audience of eight years old and up.
