FITNESS BOOT CAMP BEGINS NOVEMBER 3 AT ABAC
TIFTON—A Fitness Boot Camp class will begin Nov. 3 at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center (PSBOC). Pre-registration is required.
The class will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, Nov. 3 – Dec. 3 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in Thrash Gym. There is a fee of $49. There will be no class on Nov. 24 and 26.

Under the direction of Billy King, participants will be running, jumping, pushing, pulling, and much more to become a healthier person.
