KIDS’ COMPUTER CLASSES OFFERED AT ABAC IN JUNE

TIFTON—Two computer classes are being offered in June through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center on the campus of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Pre-registration is required.

The first computer class is Introduction to Keyboarding Monday – Friday, June 22 – 26 from 10 a.m. – noon in Conger Hall, Room 221. There is a fee of $89. This class is for ages 10 and up.

This class offers plenty of drills and games that will reinforce typing skills and teach you how to type properly.

The second class, Computer Mania, will take place June 29 – July 2 from 9:30 a.m. – noon in Conger Hall, Room 230. There is a fee of $69 for this class. The audience for this class is six – nine years of age.

Participants will learn how to touch-type as well as be introduced to sites on the Internet that have fun, educational games.
