HOME DÉCOR CLASSES START JULY 9 AT ABAC

TIFTON—A trio of home décor classes are available at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College starting on July 9 through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center (PSBOC). Pre-registration is required.  All three classes will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. on designated days.

The first class, DIY Fizzy Balms and Bath Salts, will meet July 9 from 6 – 8 p.m. in the Ag Sciences building. There is a fee of $39 (included supplies).

In this class, participants will learn to create and make bath salts and fizzies to use as great gifts or for a little pampering.    

Soap-Making Fun will be held on July 16, in the Ag Sciences building, Room 133. There is a fee of $39.

Participants will learn the basics of soap-making, including how to add the fragrance to the soap once it has been designed.

The final class, Lotions and Lip Balms, will take place July 23 in the Yow Forestry and Wildlife building. There is a fee of $39 (includes supplies).

Participants will learn to create lotions and lip balms in a hands-on workshop.  Students will get to select a fragrance of their choice to add to the lotions created.
