            TWO SESSIONS OF MOTORCYCLE SAFETY COURSE AT ABAC

TIFTON—Interested persons can choose from two sessions of the Georgia Motorcycle Safety Program course, which will be offered July 10 - 12 and July 31 – Aug. 2 through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center on the campus of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Pre-registration is required.

The first session will take place Friday – Sunday, July 10 from 6 – 9 p.m.; July 11 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.; and July 12 from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.  There is a fee of $250 for in-state drivers and $350 for out-of-state drivers. All classes will take place in the courtroom of the J. Lamar Branch Student Center, third floor.

Session two will take place Friday - Sunday, July 31 from 6 – 9 p.m.; Aug. 1 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.; and Aug. 2 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

ABAC is offering the Basic Motorcycle Riding Course in cooperation with the Department of Driver Service’s Georgia Motorcycle Safety Program. The course concludes with a knowledge test and an on-cycle skill evaluation. This course requires no experience, and the motorcycle will be provided.
