LEVEL III AND IV SWIMMING CLASSES BEGIN JULY 6 AT ABAC

TIFTON—Four sessions of the Dolphins: Level III and IV swimming class will be offered on the campus of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College beginning July 6 through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center. Pre-registration is required.

The first session will run July 6 - 10 from 7 – 8 p.m.; the second from July 13 - 17 from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.; the third from July 20 - 24 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.; and the last session from July 27 - 31 from 7 – 8 p.m. All lessons will take place at the ABAC Pool. There is a fee of $49.

Swimmers will become comfortable in deep water. They will work on the front crawl, back crawl, and treading water. Butterfly body movement and breast stroke will also be introduced. Participants must be able to float or swim up to 15 yards front and back without support.
