PARENT AND ME SWIMMING CLASSES BEGIN JULY 6 AT ABAC

TIFTON—Four sessions of the Parent and Me (Aquababies and Tots) swimming class will be offered on the campus of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College beginning July 6 through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center. Pre-registration is required.

The first session will run July 6 - 10 from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.; the second from July 13 – 17 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.; the third from July 20 – 24 from 7 – 8 p.m.; and the last session from July 27 – 31 from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. All lessons will take place at the ABAC Pool. There is a fee of $49.

This one week parent and child class will allow children to learn to be comfortable in the water. Parents will help their child blow bubbles, put their face in the water, jump in and begin to learn how to float. This class is for children six months old to five years.
