ABAC FINANCIAL AID DEADLINE JULY 15

TIFTON –Students who wish to receive financial aid at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College during the 2009 fall semester should complete their financial aid applications by July 15.

ABAC Financial Aid Director Jenelle Handcox said that students who turn in financial aid applications after that time will not have their financial aid processed in time for the start of the fall term on Aug. 17.

“Students who send in their applications after July 15 will have to pay their tuition and fees themselves and then be reimbursed for whatever financial aid they qualify for after the semester begins,” Handcox said.

Handcox said students can find out all the information they need to know about financial aid on the ABAC web site at www.abac.edu/fa.

The ABAC admissions application deadline is Aug. 1. An easy to follow application guide is available on-line at www.abac.edu/steps. For general information on admissions, interested persons can call (229) 391-5004.
