E-MAIL AND PHONE ETIQUETTE CLASS FEBRUARY 5 AT ABAC

TIFTON—An E-Mail and Telephone Etiquette class is available at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College Feb. 5 through the Public Service and Business Outreach Center. Pre-registration is required.

The class will meet Feb. 5 from 11a.m. – 1 p.m. in the Georgian Room of the Donaldson Dining Hall. There is a fee of $29.

This workshop will teach participants how to e-mail without offending, how to format messages, the right way to respond and forward messages, telephone etiquette, and how to make a good impression for your place of business.
