ABAC Facilities Usage Fees

Gressette Gymnasium	$1,000
Thrash Gymnasium	$400
Howard Auditorium	$500 (plus technician and building monitor if needed)
Classrooms	$200/day (half-day minimum)
Dining Hall - Main	Comptroller and Dining Hall Director will determine fees on a case-by-case basis.
Tennis Courts	$5 to $25/court/day (not to exceed 10 courts). Exact fees will be determined by the Athletic Director.
Chapel
	Students/Faculty/Staff $200 Alumni $300 General Public $500
Computer Labs & Distance Learning Labs (VOIP)	$300/day (half-day minimum) Additional cost of monitor at $15 per hour
Athletic Fields— Baseball, Softball, Soccer	ABAC Events Only
Pavilion	ABAC Events Only
Georgian Room	ABAC Events Only
Rodeo Arena	ABAC Events Only
Tractor Pull Track	ABAC Events Only
Swimming Pool	ABAC Events Only
Nickelodeon	ABAC Events Only

NOTES

An ABAC Event is defined as an event that is for the benefit of and/or funded by ABAC students, faculty, and staff and not for personal use.

Adopt-A-School partners Tiftarea Academy and Tift County Schools may use facilities rent free on a case by case basis. Technician and building monitor not included.

USG institutions may use facilities at no cost provided there are no costs incurred by the college.

State Agencies and Non-Profit Organizations are entitled to a 10% discount on rental fees.
