ABAC Facilities Usage Fees

Classrooms

$200/day (half-day minimum)

 

Dining Hall - Main

Comptroller and Dining Hall Director will determine fees on a case-by-case basis.

Magnolia Room

$100 rental plus food charge (MUST ORDER FOOD  TO USE ROOM)

 

Tennis Courts

$5 to $25/court/day (not to exceed 10 courts).  Exact fees will be determined by the Athletic Director.

NOTES

 

  An ABAC Event is defined as an event that is for the benefit of and/or funded by ABAC students, faculty, and
  staff and not for personal use. 

 

  Adopt-A-School partners Tiftarea Academy and Tift County Schools may use facilities rent free on a case
  by case basis.  Technician and building monitor will be additional costs.

 

  USG institutions may use facilities at no cost provided there are no costs incurred by the college.

 

  State Agencies and Non-Profit Organizations are entitled to a 10% discount on rental fees.
