Alcohol on Campus
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from the Abraham
Baldwin College campus. Students who are found in possession of alcohol
on the campus may be referred to the Student Judiciary. The legal age
for drinking and possessing alcohol in Georgia is 21. The law states
that an individual who is underage or anyone who supplies alcohol to
anyone who is underage is guilty of a misdemeanor. Police officers on
this campus will enforce the underage possession of alcohol laws.
