Britney transfers to ABAC from Kennesaw State. Britney is the daughter of Duane and Jeanine Wetherington, and hs one brother, Heath, and one sister, Sha.

Conner on Wetherington:  “I am so happy to have Britney back in South Georgia. I believe she will be a tremendous asset to our team. She is a very smart basketball player who seems to always be where the action is. Britney is quick, she can shoot the ball well, and she drives the lane with intensity.”

 Fillie Fun Facts:  Britney enjoys hanging out with her friends and spending time with her family…her favorite food is pasta…the most impressive person she’s ever met is Tom Glavin…in ten years she hopes to be coaching basketball at a high school and married with a family…the greatest athlete of all time is Michael Jordan…the person she admires the most is her mother…she would do anything to be able to play basketball professionally…she would love to spend the day with Larry Byrd…favorite professional team is Sacramento Kings…favorite basketball players are Mike Dunleavy and Lisa Leslie…favorite basketball memory was during her senior year when she was named Region Player of the Year…best advice ever given, it’s not whether or not you fall down, it’s whether or not you get back up.”
