Amanda returns to ABAC for her second year as a Fillie. Marshall is an alumni of Tiftarea Academy. She is the daughter of Todd and Diane Marshall, and has one brother, Dustin, and one sister, Dawn.

Conner on Marshall:  “Amanda’s attitude is a delight to have on the team. She shows great sportsmanship and is truly a team player. She has a quick shot release and is an outstanding three-point shooter. Amanda hustles and gives her best at all times. Her temperament is a joy to be around.”

 Fillie Fun Facts:  Amanda’s most memorable basketball moment was when she scored her 1000^th point her junior year of high school….favorite basketball players are Larry Byrd and Jackie Styles…favorite professional team is Philadelphia 76ers…she things the greatest athlete of all time is Lance Armstrong…favorite foods include anything Chinese or Japanese…organizations she is involved with include the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Baptist Student Union…in ten years Amanda hopes to be coaching basketball and teaching…person she admires the most is Jeaninie Dorminey because, “after breaking the worst bone you could break in her wrist and after 2 years of rehabilitation – she never gave up – and now, she can shoot better than ever with both hands”…she would do anything to  be able to go back to her senior year of high school and break the school’s all time scoring record…best advice ever give, “do all things through Christ who strengthens you.”
