Jeanine Dorminey*6’1”Freshman*Center*Tifton, Georgia
Major:
Undecided
Jeanine enters her freshman year at ABAC.
At press time she is currently recovering from a wrist injury.
She is working extremely hard in rehab to try and get back in the
basketball action this season. Dorminey
had a great basketball career as a Tift County Lady Devil where she played for
John O’Brien. Jeanine is the
daughter of Edd and Janice Dorminey, and she has an older sister, Jennifer, who
plays basketball at Presbyterian College. Conner
on Dorminey: “Jeanine is
a great fundamental basketball player. She
is an absolute inspiration to every member of our team because of her hard work
and determination. Everyday at
practice she motivates all of the other players by shooting and doing all of the
drills left handed. She has made
herself into an ambidextrous basketball player.
We are very lucky to have her as an ABAC Fillie.”
Fillie Fun Facts: If
she could spend a day with anyone she would choose her big sister,
Jennifer…the best advice that she has ever been given is to never, never,
never give up….her favorite food is boiled peanuts.
