ABAC:  Maggie caught 46 games behind the plate in 2010 and will again be our catcher for the 2011 season.  She is another great prospect for the four year colleges.

Campbell on Maggie:  “Maggie is such a hard working athlete and loves to compete.  She is such a versatile athlete and I can use her in several positions and feel confident that she will do a fantastic job in each position.  I expect great things from Maggie during our 2010 season.”

High School: Maggie attended Colquitt County High School in Moultrie, Ga. and played varsity softball ll four years. Maggie was named to the Region 1 AAAAA All Region Team her senior year and played for the South’s team in the GHSA Dugout Club tournament in Kennesaw, GA.

Personal:  Maggie was born on October 29, 2009 in Moultrie, GA to Rusty and Sharon Davidson. Her step mother is Tonya Davidson and she has a sister, Mandy and two step sisters, Amber and Aisha; who also attend ABAC. Maggie is majoring in Early Childhood Education and hopes to coach one day.

Why ABAC?  I chose ABAC because when I came to try out and tour the campus everything felt right. I loved the team, campus, and coaches. ABAC was just the right size college that I wanted to attend, plus I am still close to home.
