ABAC:
“Ashley came on strong toward the end of last year with her bat and was
super on defense all year long. I expect Ashley to have a great
Sophomore year and will be a great prospect for the four year colleges.”
Campbell on Ashley:
“I am excited to have a player returning that has experience and talent
to lead a young Fillie team. Ashley is a fundamentally sound player
who is capable of fielding several positions for the Fillies this year.
She is a hard worker and a dedicated student athlete and I am looking
forward to what she will bring to our 2011 Fillie team.”
High School:
Ashley was a four year letterman throughout her career at Whitewater High
School. Ashley received the Future
Wildcat Award, the Golden Glove Award, First Team All-Region and
Second Team All-Region, and Second Team All-State and the Captain
Award. Ashley also lettered two years in track and received the Coaches
Award her senior year.
Personal:
Ashley was born May 30, 1991 to Jimmy & Denise Schwab. She has two younger
siblings, Kaylee and Ryan. Her hobbies are playing ping-pong and hanging out
with friends.
Why ABAC? “The
reason I choose ABAC was because it felt like home and I loved Coach
Campbell and all the girls on my team.”
