At ABAC:  “What an athlete!  Rachelle is one of those players who is the complete package, great character to go along with athletic ability.  Rachelle caught all 51 games behind the plate in 2008 and she will be the #1 catcher returning for the 2009 Fillies.  Rachelle is just a fun player to watch play.”

High school:  Rachelle attended Northgate High School where she played varsity softball under Coach Lisa Skelton for three years. Rachelle was awarded the most improved player her sophomore year, and Best Defensive award for her team her junior and senior year. Her team finished 2nd in the State her senior year.

 Personal: Rachelle was born February 7, 1989. Her parents are Kim and Eddie Adkins and she has one brother, Michael. Rachelle enjoys playing softball and anything sports related, she also loves spending time with my family and friends. After ABAC she plans on playing softball at a four year college and become an athletic trainer.

Why ABAC?  “I chose ABAC because I really liked being around the girls on the team and Coach Campbell, and the campus was just absolutely amazing.”
