ABAC was not about just going to school and playing softball, it was about meeting great people who were able to teach me some of life’s greatest lessons such as  dedication, determination, and discipline.  Dedication to my team, determination to succeed at softball and school, and discipline to be on time for class and practice.  All three will definitely help me succeed in life after school and softball.  Fillies Forever-2002!”

“Well, with a little gee haul whoa back and chewing tobacco, chewing tobacco . .. ABAC was a place where I had the time of my life on and off the field, and where I met some of the most amazing friends. Most people underestimate the impact ABAC can have on your life, but once you live it you know! It is definitely unforgettable!”

“Coming to ABAC as a slowpitch player, Coach Campbell taught me so much about fastpitch softball. She is by far one of the best coaches I have ever had the privilege to play for and she will do whatever it takes for her team.”

“ABAC is a wonderful place, with wonderful people, and a wonderful
coach. Every year the fillies fight to keep up the reputation as the best junior college in Georgia.
If I could have stayed at ABAC for four years I would have.  Now I am a physical education
teacher in Gwinnett County and I coach basketball.  If I can make an impact in my players
lives as Coach Campbell did in mine then I will make a big contribution to young women and
sports.  ABAC will give you a chance to compete with some of the best teams around along
with giving you the opportunity to get a quality education. Coach Campbell I hope that you
keep the rewards of all of your hard work.  I love you.”

“ABAC was a home away from home for me. I was able to meet a wonderful group of friends
who will always be important in my life. I had the opportunity to play for a highly respected
coach who has also been a great friend to me. The small classroom size and caring teachers
allowed me to continue my education at a higher level. ABAC is a wonderful school, and I will
never forget that it left many footprints in my heart.” Kristin Hughes 2001

“My years at ABAC (still explaining the second "A") were filled with great memories.  I'll always cherish the friendships, the road trips, and all the people that I met during my two years there.  Fillies Forever!!!”
