Campbell on Latoya: "Latoya joined us last year after her first season as a Fillie basketball player and added much needed speed to our base paths. Latoya came to us from Turner County and has converted from slowpitch to fastpitch. Latoya is a switch hitter and is working hard on her slapping from the left side of the plate. Campbell expects Latoya to continue to improve and help the Fillies again this year on the base paths."
High School: In high school Latoya was involved in many sports. She played softball, ran track and played basketball. In softball, she hit the most home runs her senior year, her team won the Softball Classic in 1999, and Latoya won hustle award. She also won the highest batting average in 2000.
Personal: Born August 14, 1981 in Ashburn Ga. She is the daughter of John and Frances Office. She also has two older brothers. Latoya enjoys going out with friends dancing and loves singing and talking on the phone. She also loves to spend money shopping . Latoya's future goals are to continue playing softball at a four year college and get her Masters degree in Criminal Justice.
