Campbell on Kathy: "Kathy was our lead off hitter last season who had a very successful season for the Fillies. Kat possesses speed and quickness and is a great asset to the Fillies. In the outfield, she can cover an acre.....with her incredible jump she gets when the ball comes off the bat. With 2.79 speed home to 1b, the scouts will be watching her."

High School: Kathy lettered all four years in softball and basketball and two years in track and field at Pierce County High School. She was awarded MVP and Captain honors in softball and basketball her senior year.

Personal: Born July 19, 1981...Kathy enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing sports. She is the daughter of Donnie and Carol Watkins... she has one older brother, Ben, and an older sister, Becky. Kathy is majoring in Physical Education and plans on attending a four year college after ABAC.
