Campbell on Kelly: "Kelly had to battle some injuries for most of the season last year, but provided a solid backup in the catching position. I expect Kelly to assume that same role again this season and help provide solid catching when behind the plate. Kelly will be an asset behind the plate this season handling a Sophomore pitching staff."

High School: Kelly played for Surrey Storm in Canada, traveling extensively for tournament ball, through Washington and Oregon States.

Personal: Born January 8,1982...enjoys playing all types of sports, hanging out with friends and snow boarding. Parents are Rob and Sandy Upton... younger sister Amanda. Has played fastpitch for 7 years. Kelly plans to major in Criminology. She is also enjoying her sophomore year at ABAC and is sure the Fillies will go all the way.
