High School: Candace was a one-year varsity lettermen for the Lady Wildcats. She started at shortstop as a freshman and was captain of her team. Candace also was a three year varsity letterman for the Lady Vikings. She transferred to Lowndes her sophomore year and became their starting third-baseman. The Vikings made it to state for AAAAA two years in a row and finished 5th in state both years.

Personal: Born September 15,1983 . . .enjoys playing sports and spending time with her family and friends. Parents are Brad and Gail Keel. . . has one older sister, Ashleigh who attends Georgia Southern. Candace is planning to graduate with as a RN. After ABAC, she is planning to continue her education at a four year school to get a degree in neo-natal nursing.
