INTRAMURAL BASKETBALL TEAM PLACED 2ND
More great news for ABAC. Our 2003 men's intramural basketball team came in 2nd against 13 4 year colleges and universities. The trophy will be presented at half-time of the men's basketball game tomorrow night at 8:00 pm. We beat Ga. Tech, Ga. State, Armstrong Atlantic. Georgia Military College and Georgia Southern in order to face Columbus College for the Championship.The first minute of play saw the injury to Rashad Williams who had to leave the game. Rashad was voted one of the three MVP'S for the tournament so you can see it was a major loss for us, plus it left us with only 5 players against their 10. They also had one of our previous players-Prince Salmon who had a great game for Columbus State.
