Sheppard on Overmyer:  “Ty came to our tryout in the spring and I immediately offered him a spot on our roster for this season.  I was very impressed with how hard he played and after talking with many area coaches and the people at Dawson County High School I knew I was getting a quality person as well.  He doesn’t back down from any challenge and will need that competitiveness if he is to compete in the tough GJCAA.  I think all that watch Ty will enjoy his enthusiasm and his toughness.”
