Sheppard on Brownlee:  “After a standout freshman season at Jones County Community College in Mississippi, Stanley has returned home to Tifton and no one is happier than I am.  Stanley is a fine young man and will represent our college, team and community very well.  I am anxious to coach Stanley and watch his progression.  He has all the tools to be an all-conference performer.  His basketball I.Q is very high and his ability to stretch the defense with his 3 point shooting make him a very valuable player to our team. “
