Sheppard on Green:  “KG has been such a pleasant surprise for our team.  After playing in the intramural league his freshman year he was invited to be on the team as a freshman.  His raw athleticism is very exciting to watch at times and he appeared in most games in his first year on the team.  He has worked very hard to improve his skills and his basketball I.Q. and will be counted on this season to battle with the big boys inside.  He will continue to improve as the season progresses and I feel like he has the potential to post big numbers on any given night.  In short KG is a warrior.”
