Typical Orientation Schedule

Reservations are required for Student Orientation.  The cost for Student Orientation is $40 and must be paid when you make your reservation.  (Fee not refundable unless requested at least one week prior to Advising & Registration Day session.)   The cost for Family Orientation is $10 per guest.  Tickets for Family Orientation will be purchased when you arrive at Donaldson Dining Hall.   Student Phase I:  Advising and Registration Day Advising and Registration Day begins at the Student Center.                   Check-in at the Student Center and receive orientation materials                  Meet with Division Chairs for a brief introduction to your major                  Meet with an Academic Advisor                  Register for classes                  Return to the Student Center to have your photo ID made                  Pay tuition and fees or confirm your bill is paid in full by Financial Aid   At the end of Advising and Registration, meet your parents in the Student Center.   Student Phase II:  Welcome Week Information about Welcome to ABAC, Phase II of New Student Orientation will be added to this page when it is available.  Welcome Days is scheduled just prior to the beginning of the term.   Family Orientation Family Orientation is scheduled on each Student Advising and Registration Day.  The cost for Family Orientation is $10 per guest.  Tickets for Family Orientation will be purchased at the entrance to the Donaldson Dining Hall.   At the end of Family Orientation, meet your student in the Student Center.
