Getting the most from your Cisco Phone

Internet protocol (IP) is changing the face of enterprise communications. It combines voice and data networks to deliver information far more efficiently than the traditional approach.

Benefits from the new system include:
• Ability to manage our own phone system;
• Access to more features and applications;
• Cost savings

Features include voice mail, callerID, on-line directories, call logs consisting of date and time or calls missed and/or received and an automated attendant menu to provide a more streamlined approach to handling incoming calls.
