PodCast Services

Faculty may request a podcast account and channel by visiting Podcasting at ABAC.  You will be asked for contact information, a title for your podcast channel and a description of the channel.  For information on podcasts and their uses, please review the User's Manual

 ***  Podcast Proposal Recipients  ***

As a result of the 'Request for Podcasts Proposals," the following individuals will receive MAC hardware to allow them to to create podcasts using GargaeBand.

***  Instructional Resources  ***

One method of creating a podcast is to use a program available on the MAC called GarageBand.  This program can be used to create music, capture audio, and create both audio and enhanced audio podcasts.   Consequently, several of the links below reference GarageBand.

MAC's with GarageBand are available in Media Services (Carlton Center 121/122) and in Conger Hall 219.

Podcasting with GarageBand3:  This web site provides a sample on-line tutorial.  The complete CD is available for checkout by faculty and staff from OITS (Carlton Center 109).
