Mrs. Dennis received her Associates Degree in Nursing at ABAC in 1979. She continued on to receive her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at Valdosta State University in 1997. She also received her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing at Valdosta State University in 1999. Mrs. Dennis is an assistant professor of Nursing for the School of Nursing and Health Services. She is an instructor of NURS2208 (Maternal/Infant Nursing) and PNUR1104 (Pharmacology for Health Professionals), and PNUR 1106 Perspectives in Women's Health. PNUR 1106 Perspectives in Women's Health This 2 credit hour online course explores the evolution of healthcare relative to the needs of women. The social, cultural and political factors that have impacted the recognition and advancement of health care specific for women will be examined. This class is conducted online through WebCT Vista. Syllabus available in WebCT. PNUR 1104 Pharmacology for Health Professions ONLINE Please note: the orientation meeting for PNUR 1104 is mandatory. In order to attend the orientation meeting/class, a voucher is required. This voucher may be printed from the Nursing Web page. Once the voucher has been processed by the bookstore, the student will receive the student materials necessary for the pharmacology class. Cost for the voucher is $35.00.
