First time logging in to MyABAC!
Instructions for first time logging in to MyABAC/Centrify.

My web browser is not supported
-If you are using a Windows Edge (found on Windows 10 computers), please download and install either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.  At this time, Windows Edge is not supported with MyABAC using Centrify and Internet Explorer is not recommended.
-If you are using Safari, we recommend using the app for mobile devices.

MyABAC/Centrify password isn’t working. How can I reset it?
You can reset your Centrify password 24/7.  Click here for instructions.

How do I get to my email when I need to reset my Centrify password?
If there are no other options in the drop down (besides email), please click this link to add your cell phone number as an authentication method.  Wait about 10 minutes and return to MyABAC/Centrify, enter your email address, click Next then click Forgot Password again and choose text/mobile from the drop down menu labeled Authentication Method.

I want to add my cell phone as an alternate authentication method so I can reset the MyABAC/Centrify password.

Centrify wants to install a browser extension/add-on.  Is this OK?
-Centrify does require the installation of a browser extension/add on.  Simply follow the on-screen instructions to allow. Click here for additional information.

How can I find my 918# and/or email address?
Please visit this link and complete the requested information to obtain your student ID (918#) and your email address.

I can’t log into my email.  How can I reset it the password?
-Email is now accessed via MyABAC/Centrify.  Please log in to MyABAC/Centrify then click the email icon.  Your ABAC email password has been set to match your MyABAC/Centrify password.
-If you are logged into MyABAC/Centrify and are clicking on the email icon but are not being logged into your email, please clear the browser cache, close the browser then try again.

Why am I being asked to provide additional information when I log into my email?
As an added security measure, you will be prompted to enter a form of authentication (a non-ABAC email, a telephone number, answer security question) to allow you to reset your password from the email log in page.  Please click here for a preview and information regarding this new process.

When I click an icon inside MyABAC/Centrify, why  I have to enter my user name and password again to log in?
The most common reason for this occurrence is incorrect information stored in the user name or password section for this app.  Click here for instructions to verify/change the information.

When I click on the email icon inside MyABAC/Centrify, why doesn’t it log me in?
If you are logged into MyABAC/Centrify and are clicking on the email icon but are not being logged into your email, please clear the browser cache, close the browser then try again.

Why does my phone keep asking for my email password?
Your email account password has been set to match your MyABAC/Centrify password.  You will need to change the password on your phone account to match your MyABAC/Centrify password.  Sample instructions can be found here (Androiod, iPhone, iPhone OWA), please note that steps will vary by different versions.  A preferred option is to remove the account on your phone and download the MyABAC/Centrify app to access your email on your phone.  Click here for the app.

I can’t log into Banner.  How can I reset the PIN?
Your Banner account user name and PIN are now (effective July 22, 2017) the same as your MyABAC user name and password.  To access Banner, please log in to MyABAC and click the Banner icon.

I can’t log into my e-Stallions account.
Your e-Stallions account is now accessed through Banner.  Please log in to MyABAC, click on the Banner icon.  Next, click on the Student Financial Services Tab and click on the e-Stallion link.

How do I log into D2L?
STUDENTS CANNOT LOG IN TO D2L UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE CLASSES START.  Your D2L account user name and password are now (effective July 22, 2017) the same as your MyABAC user name and password. Log into MyABAC and click the D2L Courses icon.

How do I clear the cache on my computer?
These instructions will guide you through clearing the cache in Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
