USG Shared Services Call Center Resources

The call center is designed to assist employees and retirees with commonly encountered questions and issues related to the ADP system.

Examples include:

  • New employee system registration
  • Password resets
  • Timecard / Leave issues (eTime)
  • Making benefit elections and changes
  • Direct deposit issues
  • Viewing / printing compensation statements
  • Accessing / reprinting annual W2 statements

Employees and retirees may also use the Call Center information database (referred to as “Right Answers”) to search for answers to frequently asked questions.  In addition to searching the database, employees and retirees can also create an account and submit a ticket for assistance via the Right Answers system.  This may be particularly helpful for issues encountered after hours or during weekends or holidays.
