FAVORITE THING ABOUT ABAC – I love the community-like atmosphere that ABAC provides for its students. The faculty and staff are willing to go the extra mile to see students succeed. Students feel appreciated and they know that here at ABAC they are receiving a quality education and are provided ample opportunities for success and involvement both inside and outside of the classroom.
COLLEGE SEARCH TIP – When students begin to search for colleges I suggest that they begin the search process early. Take the time to go on college road trips and explore various campuses. Students should have a list of their Top 3 colleges- a dream school, realistic school, and a back-up plan. In the end, the decision is up to the student…..”Life is choices, choose wisely”.
ACADEMIC MAJOR – I graduated from ABAC with my B.S. in Rural Studies- Social and Community Development. Because of the diversity of this major I knew that I wanted to have a job where I could help people and make a difference in their life. College is a major decision that students have to make, and if I can help them along their journey and in the admissions process I can end my day feeling accomplished. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Public Administration from Georgia College & State University.
HOBBIES – Spending time with friends and family, traveling, cooking, shopping, running, reading, bowling, watching movies, and talking on the phone
