ABAC Lakeside

The 489-bed complex on the north shore of Lake Baldwin has student suites priced at $1,925 per semester for two-person suites where each occupant has a private bedroom and $1,650 per semester for four-person suites where occupants share a bedroom. The rent includes all utilities, wireless internet, and cable television access. All leases are for 10 months.

The suites include a bathroom and kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Common rooms and a convenience store are also located in the building. The ABAC Foundation leased 8.78 acres on the north shore of Lake Baldwin for the $17 million project.

Parking spaces for 474 vehicles are available on site. ABAC Lakeside is the first housing at the college devoted entirely to freshmen. Residents will combine residential and academic life with workshops on time management, relationships, and other transitional issues.
