This three-story building houses the Business Administration Division, the Office of Student Support Services and Learning Support, which occupy the first two floors and Humanities classes and faculty offices, which are located on the third floor. The ABAC computer labs are located on the second floor. The college's Computer Center, situated on the first floor, holds records vital to the operation of the college. Facilities include offices, flexible classroom space, and a small auditorium.
