Policy and Procedures for Digital Video Equipment and Accessories

The loan period on all digital equipment is three (3) days. The items may be renewed at the library or online for a period of three (3) days. Items may only be renewed once.

Late items will be charged a fee of $5.00 / day up to a maximum of $350. Any items lost or returned damaged will be charged to the student’s account in the amount of the items loaned. Holds will be placed on the borrowers account when the item becomes overdue and will remain until the balance is paid.

Items loaned over a holiday will be due back the next day the library is open. The library will not lend out equipment between semesters.

The library is not responsible for DVR tapes. DVR tapes are the responsibility of the patron.
