How to Change a Toner Cartridge
in an HP LaserJet 4200 Printer
A toner cartridge should be in 227 storage.
Do not change the cartridge until printing is bad. The printer will indicate "Replace Cartridge" but we should continue to use the cartridge until the print quality is bad. You can remove the cartridge and shake it from side to side to help lengthen the cartridge life.
ANNOUNCE to the room to hold printing until you inform them that it is O.K. to print again.
