of
Speak Up!: An Illustrated Guide to Public Speaking, by Douglas M. Fraleigh and Joseph S.
Tuman. If you have a copy of the 1st edition, it will be fine as
there are very few differences except in page numbering.
Be aware that some other COMM 1100 professors use a different textbook.
