Office of Institutional Research and Planning

Your Department Head or Dean may ask you to access and print your

Evaluation of Instruction reports from ABAC’s data on the Tk20 system.

You may want to print these instructions.

To do so, you will need to go to http://www.abac.edu/

Select the Faculty and Staff tab

Scroll down to find Institutional Research, which is http://www.abac.edu/ir

In the left menu, select Planning and Assessment which is https://abac.tk20.com

If you receive a Security Warning, select Yes

Institutional Research (IR) will provide you with your user name. Tk20 assigns user names and they can not be changed.

The contact information for IR is on the log-in page,
or you can email us at IR@abac.edu,
or you can call the office at 229-391-4980.

Your initial password is your 918 #. You will be prompted to change it, supply your email address and create a Secret Question and Answer.
If you forget any of these, IR can reset your password back to your 918#.

From the Welcome screen, below the College name, next to the Home tab

Click on the Reports tab

There you will find:

Aggregate report on course evaluation results by my course

Comprehensive report on course evaluation by my course

Comprehensive report on course evaluation Comments for my course

Report on My Advising Survey Results - Aggregate + Comments

These links will take you to the report builder page where you can select the various courses, sections and term that are in the Tk20 data.

Summer 2009 and subsequent terms are in the Select Course Evaluation Form pull-down listed as
Classroom Instructor Evaluation Form - New
.

When the results are displayed, you can print this page, and / or use the Export button to save the results as an Excel file. If, when the report finishes running, you see NO RECORDS FOR THIS SURVEY , this means that no students responded to the course evaluation or survey within the parameters set.

If you are using Internet Explorer, you may have to do two things before you can export a report to Excel from Tk20.
You will only have to make Tk20 a trusted site and enable ActiveX controls on your computer one time to be able to run reports.

Follow this link for detailed instructions to accomplish these changes:
