Evaluate and implement selected IE software
solution to allow for a more integrated, technology-based approach.
Examine the college’s institutional effectiveness
indicators and associated methods of assessment.
Implement necessary changes to better report and
respond to changes within those indicators.
NOTES: The initial
focus has been on educational outcomes assessment. Fall 2008 will

Institutional Research – enhance the College’s
IR program by
Working with programs across the campus to
determine what type of IR program the College needs and complete a GAP
analysis.
Developing and publishing a thorough inventory of
validated ABAC data and USG reports currently available through IR.
Conducting a data briefing for the cabinet, chairs
and key unit heads (i.e. Fin Aid, Admissions etc) regarding current
availability of data and analytical tools.
Determine institutional survey needs.
Develop a cycle of survey administration and
methodologies for ensuring use of data to support process improvement. |
