Creating the Office of College Advancement

Goal:  Create a robust, well managed office whose singular role is to advance the College via the acquisition, management and expenditure of public and private assets.

Completed – new structure was developed by staff; positions descriptions were developed, along with duties and responsibilities; reorganization was approved by ABAC Foundation Board and the President; requisite personnel documentation has been filed with HR

Director of Support Operations – position description was developed, position was advertised and has now been filled.

Chief Development Officer – position description was developed; candidates have been recruited; hiring is anticipated within next 60 days.

Housing for staff

OCA, McCall & Associates and Andy Bihl

A&E work completed; plans approved; worked contracted via SODEXHO; order to proceed given to contractors; OCA staff will house temporarily relocated to Comer Hall during construction.
