Howard McCrary, Office of Information Technology.  Howard was nominated by Keith Perry.  "Howard has gone above and beyond the ‘call of duty’ for WPLH ABAC Radio. Howard has allowed the station to conserve critical funds by helping us utilize on-campus, surplused resources to improve the station’s computers. When I first called Howard in the Fall, I asked him if he had one computer for the station to use. The next day the station had two computers up and running. When I called Howard several weeks later to see if he had one set of computer speakers on surplus, he brought us two sets and installed them the same day. I called Howard yesterday and asked if OITS had a spare CD-burner for the station to produce campus advertisements. At first he said that they did not have one and the station would have to buy our own. However, after I hung up the phone, Howard continued to search for a CD-burner and managed to find one.  Without Howard’s assistance the station would have had to spend a lot of our limited money to improve our computers. Now we can use that money for other things like improving our library of music, software improvements and obtaining web-streaming service so that WPLH can broadcast on the internet. A huge THANKS and a BIG high-five to Howard!"
