Position Title: ABAC Farm Manager
Description: Supervision and management of the ABAC Woodroof Farm. Duties include supervision of farm employee(s), Ag Department technicians and student workers; selection and maintenance of demonstration crops; assist faculty member with on-farm portion of the Farm Operations Class; and assist with educational laboratories.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Ag related field. Crop production experience, farm equipment maintenance and fabrication experience is preferred. Possess a commercial pesticide applicators license (or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience.
Closing Date: February 15, 2012 or until filled
Start Date: April 1, 2012
