BASIC
FUNCTION This person
is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of personnel
supervision; Curriculum development ;instructional strategies; program services
and student activities. |

NATURE
& SCOPE The program is comprised of
two components: an academic year component which includes after-school
tutorial assistance and once a month Saturday classroom instruction. The
second component is the summer residential component which consist six weeks of classroom instruction,
guidance/counseling intervention, cultural enrichment activities, residential
living experience and social and recreational activities. The program
Coordination is involved in every aspect of the day-to-day program operation. |
