ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSITION VACANCY
Position Title: Student Support Services Director
Description: This is a full-time twelve-month position. Essential duties
include: directing the activities of program in order to
accomplish objectives; responsible for the hiring of staff,
training, evaluation, supervision, and personnel relations.
Other responsibilities include: grant-writing; manage
program budget; assess overall progress of the program
and initiate change as needed; direct the process of
selection of program participants; direct the process of
assessment for academic, personal, and accessibility needs
and develop an academic plan based on information; and disseminate information on accomplishments of the
program.
Qualifications: Master’s degree, experience with TRiO, Student Support Services Program, and federal educational programs; grant writing experience; a commitment to meet the needs of under-achievers; and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
