BASIC FUNCTION

 

This position provides leadership and supervision to mentors and admissions counselors in coaching students through the successful completion of their academic career at ABAC.

 

 

NATURE & SCOPE

 

The Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Enrollment Services to implement the new enrollment services model.  The incumbent will supervise approximately eight people.

 

A great deal of time of this position is allocated toward interacting with others, be it prospective or current students, ABAC faculty/staff, or high school and other college administrators.  Thus, it is imperative that the Coordinator be a superior communicator. 

 

Must create innovations and improvements in programming, communications, technical support, and other areas related to the delivery of services which exceed expectations to prospective students, current students, parents, and other constituencies.

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Coordinator of Student Services will work with the Director of Enrollment Services to create the budget.  The Coordinator is responsible for operating within that set budget.

 

 

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
