Success – everyone wants it, but not everyone achieves it. The primary goal of the Leaders Evolving and Developing (L.E.A.D.) Living/Learning Community is  to increase graduation rates of African-American Males. The L.E.A.D vision is to provide a life changing learning experience that will facilitate the development of academic, career, and leadership skills in the young men participating in the program. We work together! We live together! We succeed TOGETHER!!!
