Kindergarten Comes to ABAC

A group of 142 kindergarten students from Len Lastinger School enjoyed a day at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College on Friday.  ABAC Education Department Coordinator Amy Warren coordinated the visit which included seven different educational stops staffed by ABAC students in the education program. Ashley Dodson (left), an education major from Tifton, and Hannah Howard (right), an agricultural education major from Statesboro, work with students in Treci Morrow’s class to make Thanksgiving leaves. Morrow is a 1996 ABAC alumnus.  Students wrote what they were thankful for on the leaves and placed them on a tree in front of Tift Hall.
