Dougherty County Officers Graduate from Police Academy at ABAC

TIFTON— Rogelio A. Diaz, Whitney N. Jefferson, Roneishia L. King, Thomas K. Kinkead, II, Oscar Merideth, Jr., and Emmanuel R. Millings of the Albany Police Department, Dorian B. Hall of the Dougherty County Police Department, and Todd R. Kriebel of the Dougherty County Sheriff’s Office were among 22 individuals who recently received certificates at graduation exercises for the 264th  session of the Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) Regional Police Academy at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

Kinkead received the Overall Achievement award and served as president of the 264th session. 

The GPSTC regularly holds multi-week intensive training sessions designed to acquaint officers with state-of-the-art law enforcement techniques. The Academy operates in cooperation with the School of Human Sciences at ABAC.
