TIFTON—Four sessions of the Fundamentals of Baseball Camp will be held on the campus of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College beginning June 17 through the Office of Athletics.  Pre-registration is required.

Sessions for children ages 6-9 will run Monday-Thursday from June 17-20 and from July 8–11.  Sessions for children ages 10-12 will be held Monday-Thursday from June 24-27 and July 15-18.  All camps will take place from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Stallion Field. There is a fee of $125 per session, and participants need to bring a lunch, drinks, and baseball equipment for each day.

ABAC Baseball Coach Jeff Kilgore said the one-week commuter camps are designed to teach the fundamentals of baseball. Fundamental skills will be emphasized in the mornings, and games will be played in the afternoons.

To sign up for any session of these camps, interested persons can visit to print out the registration and waiver forms.  Checks should be made payable to ABAC Foundation/Baseball, and all forms should be sent to Kilgore at ABAC Baseball Camp, ABAC 41, 2802 Moore Highway, Tifton, GA 31793.
